Shipping & Delivery

Once your order has been placed and payment has been received, your order will be posted once it has been completed. You will receive e-mail updates on the progress of your order. Once it has been sent, you will be sent a tracking number and it should be expected to arrive to you in 1-5 working days within New Zealand, for rural addresses please allow an extra day.

For international orders, shipping times may vary depending on your location.

Taxes and Duties

Jessica Greetham unfortunately cannot be held responsible for any duty fees and taxes that may be applied in the country where delivery occurs. This responsibility rests with the customer. if you have any queries, please contact your local customs or courier officer for more information.

 

Exchanges & Returns

To return your purchase/order, please contact us via info@jessicagreetham.com. Please include which items you would like to exchange/return and we will send you a return address. Ship with the courier of your choice, but we highly recommend getting a tracking number when exchanging/returning an item. You will be expected to pay for your own shipping costs for returns. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refund

All of our pieces are hand knitted with love and care. In the rare event that an item is classified as faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receipt to proceed. We only offer a refund if the item is deemed faulty.

Exchanges

Exchanges can be made within 14 days of dispatch, under the condition that the items are unused, undamaged and the swing tag still intact. Items are exchangeable for a different colour, or for store credit. All exchanges will be shipped to you free of charge. As all the items are hand knitted, waiting times may vary. Items on sale can not be refunded (unless deemed faulty), exchanged or returned.

Cancellations

As each item is hand knitted, production times may take longer as advertised. Once you place your order, we do not accept cancellations because you have had a change of heart. We can cancel your order and offer a store credit, but we do not offer refunds on cancellations. Cancellations are not accepted if waiting times are longer than expected, however we do our best to get your order to you as soon as possible.
